This Privacy Policy explains how Sportbot d.o.o. (“Sportbot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information collected through the Sportbot website (“Website”) and through Sportbot products (“Products”) and mobile applications (“Mobile Apps”) (together, the “Offerings”).
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect both Personal Information and Non-Personal Information.

Location Information (Required for Bluetooth Functionality)
Our Mobile Apps may collect Approximate Location information from your device.
This is required by the Android operating system in order to perform Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) scanning and to connect your device to the Sportbot machine.
What we collect:
- Approximate device location
- Nearby Bluetooth device information
Why we collect it:
- To scan for, discover, and connect to Sportbot machines via Bluetooth
- To ensure stable communication and core functionality of the Mobile App
How we use it:
- Only for enabling Bluetooth connectivity
- We do not track your movements
- We do not store or share your location data
- We do not use location for advertising or analytics
You may deny location permission; however, certain features requiring Bluetooth connectivity may not function.
1.5 From Third-Party Partners
Our Offerings may contain links to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are not controlled by Sportbot, and their policies govern your interactions with them.
2. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION
We use the information collected from and about you and your devices to:
- provide, maintain, and improve Sportbot Offerings
- update and enhance the features and functionality of our Products and Mobile Apps
- fulfill orders, reservations, and pre-orders
